Renting a bin from 310 BINS is as easy as 1-2-3.
- Select your bin size and type (we offer 12 and 15 yard general purpose bins as well as shingles and dirt bins)
- Select your rental duration (your bin comes with the next day pickup, 24 hour rental). Your bin will be picked up next day, however you have an option of extending your rental duration for $15.00 + GST per any additional day.
- Please select the weight desired. All bins come with 1 ton (2,200 lbs. ) base disposal weight. If you think you need more weight than the base weight please select the desired weight in increments of 1/2 ton (1,100 lbs)
- If bin is overweight at the time of pickup we will charge the extra weight to the payment method on file.
Sit down and relax. Your bin will be delivered as per your instructions and will be picked up on the date you have specified. If you need your bin longer than the time you reserved it for, you may still extend it for $15 + GST per additional day

Protect Yourself From Unexpected
Do not forget to add the rental insurance. You can pick short-term (covering up and including one week of rental) or long-term (if you rent for more than one week). Covers damage to the bin, vandalism, and theft to the bin..
While not mandatory, we highly recommend this option. Starting at only $20 + GST for duration of your rental.
310 BINS - Rental Contract / Terms and Conditions
The driver is hereby instructed to deliver his load as directed by the client.
- Once placed, the bin must not be moved.
The client shall be liable for any damage or loss sustained in respect of the equipment delivered, including fire damage, unless the client purchases the insurance in which case the client is responsible for intentional damage or neglect only.
The insurance coverage only covers the damage to the bin and not to damage to the surface placed. 310 BINS, our drivers and other contractors and personnel are not responsible for damage to surface placed, objects or other equipment in the vicinity of the rental equipment or in path of the delivery vehicle even if that damage could be foreseen or the likelihood of it foreknown to all or any parties.Should this liability be forced to the 310 BINS our drivers and contractor, than all parties agree that the awarded damage for aforesaid damage shall nor exceed $1.00 in total.
- Do not overload beyond edge of the bin.
- Exercise the care while using power equipment to load the bin. Any damage caused by the use of the power equipment is treated as a neglect and will not be covered by the rental insurance even if one was purchased.
- Do not force close bin swing doors or use power equipment to push on doors. Any damage to the swing door caused by the use of force to any area of the bin will not be covered by rental insurance even if one was purchased (treated as neglect).
- No hazardous materials may be disposed to Bye Bye Junk dumpster bins.
Solvents, chemicals, oils, toxic materials, paints, flammable liquids, explosives, oil drums, oil tanks, Freon, pressurized tanks, food items & carcasses etc.
- Car Batteries are accepted, however they must be left on a side to be picked up by the driver upon bin pickup and not mixed or burred with other junk inside the bin.
- If any hazardous items are placed in the bin additional fees may apply to remove and properly dispose of the hazardous waste.
- If for any reason we cannot pick up our bin and we have to make another trip to the site there will be a $109.00 dry run fee.
All bins supplied by 310 BINS. remain the property of 310 BINS. By hiring the bin, you give 310 BINS authority to take any necessary steps to enter your premises/property to reclaim our bins.
All payments must be made upon reservation unless stated otherwise. Failure to do so will result in your bin not being delivered and your rental contract being null and void.
If needing to reschedule the delivery, customer must call dispatch at 310 BINS. Unsuccessful deliveries or second delivery attempts are subject to dry run fee of $149.00 plus taxes per occurrence.
Special Conditions (Please Read)
Do not overload beyond edge of the bin. Do not overload past the allowed weight allowance. Customer agrees to pay any excess weight at $55.00 per each 1/2 ton All quoted fees do not include taxes.
Customer is responsible for any damages to the bin while placed on customer’s property.
No hazardous materials, concrete, rocks, bricks or gravel may be disposed to 310 BINS dumpster bins. Clean sod may be disposed only in sod bins, shingles may be disposed only in shingle bins.

310 BINS reserves the right to charge the client for any damages, fines or other costs incurred while the bin has been placed on client’s property, including, theft, vandalism, acts of God, unlawful movement of bins etc.
310 BINS reserves the right to charge back to the customer any handling charges related to overfilled bins and the disposal of non=permitted materials listed on the invoice/ website.
Use of this website and/ or ordering of bins deem that you have read, understand, and agree with our terms and conditions of trade.
310 BINS is a waste disposal system that takes away most items that municipal trash handler will not in Edmonton and area. Our unique system allows prompt response to customers requests. Our dumpster sizes are 12 cubic yards and are placed on your property using a unique roll-off system.
Our dumpsters are clean and driveway friendly. With a simple telephone call to our dispatch, a bin or a dumpster will be delivered where and when you need it. You don’t even need to be home when we stop by! We make bin rental easy.
Clients must call to advise if they wish to extend the rental period or request an early pick-up. 310 BINS will not offer the pro-rated refunds or credits for early pick up requests.
310 BINS reports all late payments to credit bureau and reserves the right to send any unpaid or partially paid invoices that are past-due to the collection agency. Any extra fees incurred as a part of an action to collect past due amounts including accrued interest, $200.00 administrative fees and collection fees will be added to the total invoice owed by the client and shall remain on client’s account until paid in full or settled otherwise.
